Website Terms

Visa Current is an independent information and organization service run by Brandon King, a US-based sole proprietor. These terms cover the website, browser workspace and account tools.

Content is general information and is not legal advice. Using this site does not make us your lawyer. For advice about your situation, speak with a qualified immigration lawyer.

Independent service

Visa Current is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS, the US Department of State, or any government agency.

Check official sources

Immigration information changes. We do not guarantee that every answer is complete or current. Confirm requirements, dates and case details with the official source before acting. AI answers can contain errors.

No approval or timing guarantees

We cannot approve applications, influence decisions, speed up a case or guarantee an outcome or decision date.

Available tools

The workspace saves notes in this browser. Account tools can save preparation drafts, checklist ticks and Bulletin Watch records on our server. Document upload, background case alerts and application filing are not offered. Visa Current does not review or submit immigration applications for you.

Essential subscription

Essential costs $20.00 USD per month. Stripe processes your payments. Your subscription renews automatically each month at $20.00 USD until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time by opening Plans & pricing and choosing Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Essential access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

We do not provide refunds or credits for unused parts of a billing period, except where required by law.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try to collect the payment again. If payment is not completed, your Essential access will end.

If you delete your Visa Current account, your subscription is cancelled immediately and your account access ends immediately, even if you have paid time remaining.

If we change the subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. The new price will apply only to a renewal after that notice period, subject to applicable law.

Your account and data

Use a password you do not use elsewhere. Do not share your log-in. Read our Privacy Policy for data types, named providers, sharing risks, retention and deletion limits. You can close your account from Account & membership or request help at support@visacurrent.com. You do not need to accept a new policy to request deletion.

Government data

Government information belongs to the agency that provides it. We are not the system of record. The agency’s own website is authoritative. If our page differs, use the agency's information. We do not present agency data as our own decision about your case.

Responsible use

Do not overload, break into or seek unauthorized access to this site or connected systems. Do not impersonate others or enter another person's case details without their permission. Do not enter private identifiers or upload documents through free-text fields.

External websites

We link to other sites for convenience. We do not control their content, data practices or availability.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our accessibility statement explains how to report a problem.

Changes to our policies

Version 2026-10-21-r7. What changed: Essential is now a paid subscription at $20 USD per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Essential renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plans & pricing. If you cancel your subscription, Essential stays active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not refund unused time, except where required by law. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, subscription status and renewal date, but not your full card number. We previously removed the in-app USCIS case lookup and added case check-ins and optional email reminders.

For changes to either this Privacy Policy or our Terms, we ask account users to read the new version and tick an unchecked agreement box at sign-up or log-in. We show a plain-language summary and links to both policies. We record the agreed version and date. Older sessions cannot use account services until you agree. Continued use is not consent. You may decline, stop using the service and request deletion without agreeing.
